Tropical Bircher Muesli
To enjoy Bircher muesli for breakfast is a healthy way to start the day, but does involve preparing the muesli the night before you wish to eat it. To break tradition, I often make the muesli in the morning and enjoy it the first day with the crisper grain (which I also love) and then enjoy the remaining Bircher muesli soft and moist the following day.
