Pineapple Spritz

This Pineapple Spritz is cool as a cucumber! We've combined our Pineapple Juice with Gin to create this delicious and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

2L Golden Circle Unsweetened Pineapple Juice

Gin

Tonic Water 

Cucumber

Lime

Ice

Mint 

 

Method

  1. Peel cucumber (lengthways) and wrap around the inside of the glass
  2. Add a slice or two of lime
  3. Add ice
  4. Pour 30mls (a shot) of Gin into glass
  5. Pour 60mls Golden Circle Pineapple Juice into glass
  6. Pour Tonic Water in (to taste) into glass
  7. Garnish glass with lime and add mint on top.
