Ingredients

  • 1 x 440g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapples Pieces
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 green capsicum, diced
  • 450g boneless lamb, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Method

Drain syrup from pineapple pieces. Fry pineapple, onion rings, celery and capsicum in butter until tender. Remove and add thinly sliced meat.

 

Mix cornflour in a little pineapple syrup, add remaining syrup, soy sauce and vinegar. Add to meat.

 

Cook until meat is almost tender. Add pineapple pieces and vegetables. Season and continue cooking till tender.
