Golden Circle Steak Tropical Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 steaks
  • 1 x 440g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapple Slices (drained)
  • 2 tomatoes (halved)
  • 4 potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 4 small zucchinis
  • 1 x 440g can whole baby carrots (drained)
  • butter for cooking
  • parsley to garnish

Method

Peel potatoes, dry well, halve, score across top with fork, brush with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Place on rack and bake in oven for 1 hour.

 

Slice the zucchinis diagonally, cook until golden and tender in a little melted butter. When cooked toss lightly with the baby carrots.

 

Grill steaks and the halved tomatoes. During the last few minutes add pineapple slices.
