Peel and split the bananas. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and fry bananas. Remove and keep warm.
Fry the clove-studded pineapple slices in the same pan. Fry or grill the ham steaks.
In the meantime, bring to boil the brown sugar, butter and ½ cup of the pineapple liquid, simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon hot syrup over the fruit and ham steaks.
