  • 1 x 825g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapple Slices
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 level teaspoon mustard

Method

Score ham in curves, stud with cloves. Place in large baking pan.

 

Mix pineapple liquid with brown sugar and mustard. Pour over ham and bake in a moderate 160°C oven 1-2 hours (10 minutes per 500g weight of ham). Baste.

 

Garnish with whole slices of pineapple – lightly browned in fry pan with a little butter; if to be eaten cold, use pineapple straight from the can.
