Ingredients

  • 500g white fish fillets
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil
  • Tropical Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 x 440g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapple Pieces
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 carrot (cut in straws)
  • 1/2 cup red and green peppers
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • water

Method

Prepare the fish in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Cook in hot oil. Serve with sauce.

 

For the sauce: bring to the boil the first 7 ingredients. Thicken with cornflour which has been mixed with a little water. Serve over fish.
