Ingredients

  • 1 large can tuna (drained)
  • 1 x 440g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapple Pieces (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 cup milk
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • knob of butter
  • 1 tablespoon chutney
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • seasoning to taste
  • dish of hot cooked rice
  • lemon wedges and parsley for garnish

Method

Blend cornflour and milk, bring to boil and thicken. Add all remaining ingredients except the rice. Stir and heat through for 10 minutes. Pile into centre of hot rice. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
