Ingredients

  • 1 x 440g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 small carrot (grated)
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 medium onion (grated)
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup chopped red capsicum
  • pinch salt

Measurements guide

Method

Place pineapple, carrot, sugar, onion, celery, capsicum and salt in saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes. Mix cornflour and vinegar and thicken cooked vegetables.

 

Pour mixture over fish. Serve hot.
