Golden Circle Crunch and Crumble Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x 440g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapple Slices
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 90g butter or margarine
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • 3 tablespoons wheatgerm
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander seeds
  • ⅓ cup firmly packed brown sugar

Method

Place pineapple and lemon juice in a greased casserole or individual containers. Rub butter into dry ingredients. Add brown sugar and combine until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over pineapple.

 

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
