  • 1 x 440g can GOLDEN CIRCLE Pineapple Pieces
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • few drops almond essence
  • 3 egg whites
  • ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar

Method

Puree drained pineapple with lemon juice. Add almond essence. Whip egg whites with cream of tartar to soft peaks. Gradually add icing sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold egg whites into pineapple puree.

 

Pile into 6 glass dishes. Chill and serve within a few hours.
