- Place rolled oats, vanilla yogurt and Golden Circle Pear Nectar in a bowl and mix through. Leave to soak refrigerated overnight.
- The next morning, take out the oats and stir through blueberries, lime zest and lime juice.
- In a separate bowl, combine the pistachios, sesame seeds and cinnamon.
- To put together, place the soaked oats mix in a bowl, and top with more fresh berries and the nut mixture. Serve immediately.
