Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the cake ingredients and use a hand mixer to blend. 
  2. Grease your bundt pan with butter and coat thoroughly with flour
  3. Pour in cake batter 
  4. Bake at 180 for 25 minutes
  5. For the ganache, combine the ingredients in a saucepan and heat on a low setting until fully melted and combine
  6. After cake has cooled, pour ganache over the cake
  7. Enjoy!
