Cut the eggs in half and carefully remove the yolks. Sieve yolks and mix with the curry powder, lemon juice and mayonnaise to make a creamy mixture. Fold in crab meat or prawns and season to taste. Place shredded lettuce on a serving dish followed by 6 slices of pineapple. Fill the egg white halves with the crab filling and stand one on each pineapple slice. Arrange cucumber slices around dish and garnish with stuffed olives.
