Method
Fry sausages until golden brown. Pour off excess fat. Add pineapple pieces plus liquid and remaining ingredients except cornflour. Cook over moderate heat for 5 minutes. Dissolve cornflour in little water, add to sausages and stir till boils and thickens. Frankfurts may be substituted in this recipe. Simply add frankfurts to pineapple sauce and simmer till heated.
