Method

Cook garlic and green pepper in butter for 2 minutes. Add frankfurts, brown sugar and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Mix cornflour with a little of the pineapple liquid. Add pineapple and vinegar to frankfurt mixture, bring to boil and thicken.   Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.   Serve with fluffy boiled rice. Serves 6.
