Method Combine meat, breadcrumbs, onion and seasonings and bind with milk. Shape into six round patties between floured hands. Preheat browning dish in microwave oven on full power for 6 minutes. Melt butter in preheated dish. Cook patties for 1½ minutes either side to brown on full power. Arrange pineapple slices on bottom of browning dish with meat patty on top of each slice. Combine brown sugar and pineapple juice and pour over patties. Microwave on full power for 5 minutes.
