Method

Cut meat into 6 slices, dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.   Combine oil and butter in frypan and heat to 180°C. Cook crumbed slices until brown on both sides. Serve with grilled pineapple slices.   For mustard sauce: combine ingredients and heat in saucepan.   Serves 6. Mustard sauce is optional.
