Method Drain syrup from pineapple pieces. Fry sliced onion, garlic, two tablespoons pineapple pieces in butter until golden. Remove from stove and blend in flour and curry powder. Gradually add milk, blending until smooth. Return to stove and cook till sauce is smooth. Add prawns. Place prawns in centre of heated dish and surround with cooked rice. Garnish with remaining pineapple pieces.
