We’re celebrating Pina Colada Day with a tropical pina colada mocktail. Tip: chill the can of pineapple pieces in the fridge for a couple of hours before making.

440g can Golden Circle Australian Pineapple Pieces in Juice, chilled
½ cup cream of coconut, chilled
¼ cup coconut cream, chilled
½ lime, juiced
1 handful ice

In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Step 2
