Pine Coco-Lada Mocktail
A refreshingly delicious mocktail inspired by piña colada flavours! Made with our Pine Coconut flavoured fruit drink, fresh pineapple, mint leaves and sparkling water, this drink is perfect for a party.

Ingredients
1 pineapple
Ice Cubes
Sparkling water
24 fresh mint leaves + sprigs of mint to garnish
1 L Golden Circle Pine Coconut Flavoured Fruit Drink

Step 1
Peel, core and finely chop half of the pineapple and distribute into glasses. Add a few mint leaves into each glass and then use a spoon to muddle and lightly crush the pineapple and mint. Step 2
Fill each glass halfway with ice, then pour over the pine coconut fruit drink and top up with sparkling water. Step 3
Cut the rest of the pineapple into wedges and use to garnish each glass, along with the mint sprigs and enjoy. What do I need?
